Smooth evacuation during a fire, relocated quickly. Excellent breakfast with made-to-order eggs. Expensive but fantastic lunch at hotel restaurant. Spacious ground floor room with view of rock garden. Huge bathroom. Comfortable stay, wished for longer. Lovely, slightly dark downstairs breakfast area with exposed old foundations. Comfortable, clean, and cozy hotel. Professional and friendly staff. Amazing service. Fresh smoothies for breakfast. Highly recommended dinner by fireplace. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like a VIP. the exclusive amenities were luxurious and fulfilled all my needs. the Spa & Wellness centre was top-notch, and I enjoyed the steam room and full-body massage. the restaurant had a fantastic buffet breakfast with special diet menus available. the private facilities were a definite advantage.
My only minor issue was with the AC vent in my room, which blew directly onto the bed. the heater was also a bit loud.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel made us feel like royalty. A warm welcome with complimentary drinks was the perfect start to our stay. the young man at reception was wonderful, providing unparalleled service that made us feel unique. Our room was clean, comfortable and equipped with exclusive amenities. the Spa center and Sauna were both excellent, although we didn't have time to try every service. the breakfast was a highlight, with a buffet offering a great selection of cold foods, and warm foods cooked to order. the location of this hotel is excellent, close to all of the attractions in the Old Town.
There was a minor flaw in the room, we found it a bit cold and the heater was quite loud. this didn't detract from our overall experience.

The hotel is situated in the old city center of this beautiful city. The location is right by the main square, making it convenient for exploring the Old Town in Tallinn. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm and cute atmosphere.
